Stir in the no-egg and combine with the flour to create a nice dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. Roll out the dough to a 0.5 cm thick rectangular shape. Spread on the jam and roll up like a swiss roll. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C. Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into cookies 0.5 cm thick.
